Fans of the highly-acclaimed Distorted Dancefloors are in for another treat as producer Si Begg returns with this, his second sample collection of experimental and cutting edge sounds.
Electro Glitch Essentials brings you over 2.4 GB of ground-breaking electro dance samples from the musical genius and beat innovator.
This library is a roller-coaster ride of bass, beats, beds, cuts, hits, noises, fx, loops, impulse responses, wipes and swells for those dance producers who want to be at the forefront of their art, challenging the boundaries of musical creativity.
Electro Glitch Essentials covers the more experimental end of all dance music genres including techno electro / breaks / fidget / glitch / trip hop / IDM / dubstep but could equally well be used in TV and film soundtracks.
Si Begg has been releasing cutting edge electronic music for more than a decade. His body of work has included high profile remixes for bands from Lamb to Leftfield, as well his own catalogue for labels including Novamute, Tresor and Ninja Tune. He has also toured worldwide performing live and DJing. More recently he has turned his hand to award-winning music and sound design for television and radio. He's also behind these other highly-acclaimed libraries, Distorted Dancefloors, Aftershock: Extreme Audio Cinematics, Extreme Vocal Environments (EVE) and Extreme Environments.
Our UK Distributor Time+Space caught up with Si to get behind-the-scenes access on the making of Electro Glitch Essentials - read what he had to say here!

"Worth considering by producers seeking to introduce subtle elements to make their productions sound a little more dirty and edgy."
- Sound On Sound Magazine, UK

"All of the bass and a lot of the effects would sound at home in a Transformers flick, while the chords and pads could have come straight from The Matrix. Vinyl cinematic with a strong breaks influence and a hell of a lot to choose from, even going as far as impulse responses, channel strip settings and instruments... This is a fine pack."
