We are thrilled to announce that as of Wednesday 15th October, Zero-G now uses the Pulse Downloader as the central hub for downloading, updating and managing all of your Zero-G libraries. Pulse has become the industry standard for music software downloads, with reliable, super fast download speeds and first class customer support; we’re delighted to be partnering with them!

To ensure you can keep all your downloads in one place, we have imported all previous customer orders from the previously used Conduct Download Manager into Pulse Downloader. 

All you need to do to access them is simply paste your original Conduct download code straight into Pulse (yes that’s right, the same code!). We recommend searching for ‘Zero-G Download’ in your email inbox to find all of your Conduct codes. Please note there is no time limit on doing this, and there is no risk of losing any of your downloads; you will be able to import your old orders at any time you like!
